Civil Rights

Civil and political rights are a class of rights and freedoms that protect individuals from unwarranted government action and ensure one's ability to participate in the civil and political life of the state without discrimination or repression.

"The Declaration of Independence" was written in July 6,1776 when they announced that the thirteen American colonies now independent states would no longer be a part of the British Empire.

Racism isn't over in our country because Obama is president. Racism still continues to be a issue. He doesn't see people by color he believes that every one is equal and shouldn't be put aside from others. Have we achieved equality in this country? No we have not. It's also said that a bigger percentage of black votes were voted for him then whites which blacks also say that he might be able to support for the civil rights movement which isn't a good balance because of how he is viewed in the eyes of the people, that didn't cash his vote. Its as if they have an better belief then others Their are still things that has to be done in this country that hasn't been done such as " troubled schools, unemployment, and inadequate health insurance. " Which they also say that will effect blacks and this is a greatly response of why this hasn't been fix. While they are the main votes that been greatly helping him to where he is at. Race is a divisive issue in so many countries because of the passed but Obama is willing to change that in time. Will Obama's election affect racism in the USA ? Yes it may but it will not get fixed because it has been around since etc. and no one can really change some one from thinking different its all in their state of mind. Racism will never end because in part, it is human nature to stereotype, categorize and come to conclusions (whether right or wrong) - it is the way we organize and process the world. It will never end because by nature we organize in groups by similarity. Again, human nature. However, due to mass communications, travel and an expanding world where more people of different types interact, learn and accept one another, racism is diminishing, especially here in the US.

Bill Cosby speech shows that its time to change and this effects Civil Rights by giving the voice on doing better and knowing how to parent kids. We need to get to how it used to be and knowing how to talk and understand how to be a better person. It's about helping others and education to take to a reality so that in life you can move on and become something better then what we see now and observe what these people do in the streets and how coming about it to make a change in whats taking over the streets in our time.
