My Favorite Things
My favorite book is In the Time of The Butterflies by Julia Álvarez It is mainly about three sisters who live in the Dominican Republic and are fighting for there rights and their benefits on what they believe in. I would of acted this way in order to get my voice heard and so that people wont step all over me because of what i think should have gone a different way between us. Also it would have been a way of sayin that people should not try to overcome someones thoughts on what they go by. My favorite actor is Denzel Washington because he plays a very good character in all his movies, no matter what role he plays. Denzel shows expression and motion which brings the character to life. My favorite music that I listen to daily is r&b, old school, and Hip hop. I listen to these types of music to relax and clam me down most of the time. I like listening to songs that relate to me and my mood at the the time. Music is like a big part of my family history and during our get together it brings back the times in the past. It reminds me of when i used to dance with my cousins to every song that came out. I remember every holiday that brought the family together we used to make a show to the newest song that was out and we also practice like everyday when we finished our homework. Im not really a sport player but I like Football because its a rough game. Basketball is also something I like but I am not a very good player in but its fun because its all about team work. My favorite food is pizza. I believe that it's the only thing I eat all the time! I like the cheese when its juicy and hot. I like it with a dash of garlic. The sauce tops it all depending on where im getting it. My favorite movie arw "Love and Basketball" and "Titatic" Both of these movies have the main idea of love. "Love and Basketball" shows how love can be driven in different ways. "Titanic" shows how love can be found in different places and how people aren't always for the money because money cant buy love. My favorite car is a Rolls Royce. It's more of a famous car that seems kinda like an old school up to date version, and I like old school stuff. Its very vintage like. My Favorite color would have to be all I dont really consist of one color. I like to change it up all the time, but if I had to say it would most likely be pink. It's a soft color that can match up with anything. My favorite Tv show is The Fresh Prince of Bel-air I love the real life of Will Smith. He's really funny and shows more of how life can be no matter if I get token out the hood the hood wont leave me. Its about being real and still getting things done on how I should be doing. The Bad Girls Club is also another good show that has lots of action on how these girls act and what should be changed when they relize how they see themselves. My favorite pet is a dog. I dont have a dog but an Yorki is more like an accessorie dog. I would say and thats maybe why I will like it. My favorite place on earth will have to be Barbados ! It's a very relaxing place where people get to know one another and of course have fun in the sun. I like it a lot out there because when I visted out there many people treated me like if I was a celebrity because of how i dress and how I acted. It was a very crazy and I like the attention because I knew I was different from the other girls out there, I was even hated by a couple of girls that lived around the way because you can say all eyes were on me.
